My daughter has been attending No Chains now for a few years and has never been happier. Staff are very caring, compassionate and treat her with respect as an individual with her own support needs. I know that she in great hands and safe when she leaves home each morning to attend the day program. Whilst there, she is engaged in activities that not only she wants to participate in but have also been tailored to build on her independence and life skills by her team of therapists who also work collaboratively with the staff at No Chains. She is currently learning how to purchase grocery items from the local store with 1:1 support from staff. Overall a fantastic day program where the staff are more like our extended family!

I can agree with this review, No Chains are absolutely amazing, they definitely go above and beyond. I would recommend them to whoever needs to feel at home and have that love and compassion. I have seen now they work, and there are no words to describe how much effort they put into their clients, i don't see them as providers or workers, I see them as a family who care about the community. thank you guys for all that you do. I hope you get the recognition you deserve, as you are the first providers i have met who actually work together as family.

I was in nursing home and felt abandoned until I found No Chains. Four years ahead, I have a home with my own bedroom. I get regular physio and training sessions. I'm able to manage my Parkinsons and Diabetes better.

I can’t express how drastically life has changed for Billy, myself and my whole family since Billy has been with No Chains. Before we were fortunate to fall in the caring hands of No chains Billy’s future looked very bleak as his extreme behavioural issues from his autism and intellectual disability had had taken a toll on the health and well-being of my family. I honestly thought Billy would have to be institutionalised. In the last 18 months, Billy has had access to services like Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology thanks to the diligence and level of care being provided by No Chains. Life is now full of positivity and possibilities due to the attentive and ongoing work from the support workers at No Chains.
