Joining the team as a Disability Support Worker at No Chains offers an exciting opportunity and rewarding experience to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. While holding a Certificate IV in Disability is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about supporting and empowering others. The most important requirements for this position are up-to-date first aid certification and clearances from both the NDIS Worker Check and the Working with Children Check which need to be completed prior to starting the hiring process. These credentials ensure that our team members are well-equipped to provide safe and effective support, aligning with our commitment to the highest standards of care as well as compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
